Periphery, Sophistry, Luxury

Periphery, Sophistry, Luxury

A Poem by Kenneth The Poet

On the periphery
spouting sophistry
about the luxury
of being the
lucky ones in
this life-addled
universe, and yet
Sagan was right
because there
are give-a-s**t
pockets of life
out there.

Be grateful for that
metaphysical happenstance.
