From Here

From Here

A Poem by Kenneth The Poet
"

A simple question asked in poetic form.

"
This is a first for me,

forced resignation

all because I suck at

classroom management

I am disorganized, like an

immaturely wayward

seventh-grader

And now I stand

on the precipice of

a new beginning, as

if I'm a devotee

to Erica Kane

But that doesn't

negate the experiences

that led to this day,

the day where the

ink of this pen

met this paper

There is only one

beginning, as there

is only one shot at

immortality

I am not sure where

I'll be in a year or a

decade from now, but

all I can do is roll...

Roll with the punches

Roll with the changes

And learn from the

experiences, and build

upon my talents

My talent to learn,

my tenacity to know,

my will to press on

No matter if a divine

intercessor exists, my

actions are primarily

driven by myself

And I don't want a

dark mark on my record,

I don't want the

executive session

to add further insult

to further injury

So it starts with me,

so where do I

go from here?
