![]() Pointing NorthA Poem by Kenneth The Poet![]() An optimistic piece for once![]() The sound of salt water inspired this fodder to come live streaming from the pen tip gleaming in the light of the sun on this day so warm, so fun.
Wind blowing lightly, ever so slightly causing the soul to stir as a cat will really purr when the owner's hand makes no great demand.
A day of vernal warmth causes nobody harm, just a day to take a stroll where time takes no toll, so positive thoughts are emerging and positive energies are converging.
Bound together, a bit of hope, running down the grassy slope, hand-in-hand, arm-in-arm, a peaceful moment minus harm.
A utopian dream, I suspect, yet I'm not thinking like a wreck.
Glad for once, the weather nice, ate some pizza, enjoyed the slice.
Who cares about the deep theme? Just let loose and just daydream, so it's time to end this tour-de-force since my emotions are pointing north.
For once, north is a good way to face, even though I'm not filled with grace.
Love us anyway, love us all, even though we always fall. © 2011 Kenneth The PoetAuthor's Note
