in ancient times,
some kind of anarchy reigned tribes roamed where the animals did they hunted, they gathered and never lived past thirty-five and yet as time marched on, humanity civilized and centralized and the states rose and fell and the people rallied around the crown and the leader when the chaos came about and when the chaos went, they clutched onto the traditions that carried them through the darkness that darkness where the bands of thugs and thieves roamed and ravaged the darkness that made the word anarchy into a state of being, not a philosophy worthy of investigation or implementation yet order from chaos occurred spontaneous or not, order breeds centralization because chaos brings out the worst in humankind and as time has become distant from prehistory, the view of what was has become dim, tarnished, corrupted yet the view from now is nasty and negative, brutish and beguiling, short and sedentary and still likely correct we are a species based in an unkind, unforgiving universe and our nature mirrors that reality and yet we have thrived somehow, anyhow despite what recent history has stated about that nature whatever happens happens and whatever happened happened humankind is a species of story, color and belief and on it goes, on it goes until oblivion hits we are morally ambiguous, territorially ambitious and terribly seditious the coin of two heads from the anarchistic start to the absolute bitter end the penultimate theme clearly stated
