Minimal Space

the tight packing

maximizes the

minimal space

 

twenty holes in a rectangle

takes up more space

than nineteen holes

in hexagon

 

the space between

the holes in a triangle

is much smaller than

the space between

the holes in a square

 

maybe not,

maybe so
