likely nothing, since ghosts don't exist and hell is largely an empty threat, the three wise spirits are just three hallucinations triggered by copious amounts of figgy pudding and eggnog
in real life, scrooge would have died alone and his corpse would have reeked to high heaven upon discovery, thus proving how pointless life really is
