This reminds me that we all have phosphorous in us, enough for X match-heads.
Beyond that, we are all -- of course -- made of stars. What else is there to make us? According to many religions, life was not made from earth (adama*) but forged in a furnace. And the stars are the furnaces of science, I guess.
