guest services is what makes for repeat business. it's hard sometimes to remember how to be accommodating in the service industry when you have to deal with the masses.
its hard to pleasure every customer...that is for sure...nice!

I too at times...were not perfect...
Quality regarding vs. quantity, I know all about, in my job, as technican, and true problem solver.
