Dying FriendshipsA Poem by Chaosa song for a contestDying friendships much like drying flowers wilting away in a blue vase counting away the hours
And dying friendships linger down the road Sweet memories of smiles and fortunes from years ago
And why can't we just comprimise how come we can't see each others side I wonder it's a crying shame but who's to blame in this stubborn game
of I'm right and your right when will we ever learn
Letting friendships die always seems to burn
Over your house dinners on the table playing some cards playing some jokes laughing away the hours
It's over now and what a shame for me no more laughing and joking and playing it's memories
and how come we can't comprimise how come we can't see each others side I wonder
it's a crying shame but who's to blame in this stubborn game
of I'm right and your right when will we ever learn
letting friendships die always seems to burn
