Dark Gaurdian (in Progress)

inspired by a conversation

Follow the path to your demise
I lead you with glowing eyes
Trust me I'm your friend
I'll comfort you to your end.

 

Don't be afraid, you know your sin

Don't look down, we know were you've been

Keep on walking, don't stop till your there

Ignore their screams when you come near

 

I'm your guide; the gaurdian to hell

You made your choices, you know them well

Tears won't save you; no need to beg

Accept your fate; my sinful friend

 

I'm the gaurdian demon, I'm not your friend.

This I like. Very dark, Gothic almost. Very Dante's Inferno(ish). You could work on this a little more maybeadd to it. Or, you could just leave it as is. Either way, I like it.

I like the idea of accepting the fate you've made for yourself. I like the flow of this. I'm not sure what edits you've already made, but I like it as is!

I like it so far. it reminds me of the boatman of stix. The fact that the victim is lulled into a false idea of friendship and safety so that they can moved easily into the hell they themselves have created is a cool turn on the decent into death. Great work
