Never on timeA Poem by oliver westPromises require sacrifice so one have to make time to be on time.
Don't turn your mind from home,
I know I've let you in the cold; the hours hand is just too fast for me to come at last. let me whisper into your ears but I never met you there, Christmas didn't come on time for he was working over time. Superman was stock in traffic, at the other side of the Atlantic; so my rose weep bitter, the tears have become a river now her melodious heart sunder, for I was never on time. © 2018 oliver westAuthor's Note
