You'll Never Understand

A writing about pretty much, everyone's life.

          You’ll Never Understand

                                    You’ll never understand.

                                    How I feel is without explanation.

                                    I’m far worse than I’ve ever been.

                                    And God calls me his kid.

                                    I don’t have any true friends.

                                    And my parents are ignorant.

                                    I grow more insane, day by day.

                                    And no one understands.

                                    I know we're all just man,

                                    But should life be this hard.

                                    Is the goal on this Earth for everyone to hurt.

                                    Cursing or drinking isn’t the cure,

                                    So I try to stay pure.

                                    But it's getting unbearable.

                                    I want to get out this house.      

                                    I want to be somebody.              

                                    I want to go somewhere.

                                    I don’t want to hurt anymore.

                                    And the sad thing is…..    

                                    You’ll Never Understand

I like the fact that you said cursing or drinking isn't the cure. It shows your smart enough to stay away from them and the destruction they cause in times of depression and sorrow. I wasn't sure about the line: "I know we're all just man" it seems out of place. Good job in describing your thoughts though. It's a sad poem Gary.

I like this. It sums up a whole bunch of feelings in one. And thats the truth, no one really understands. Not unless you've found that rare friend or someone who's been there. Well done.
