Finally

Finally

A Poem by Gavin Keary
"

this poem describes my freedom from the place I live currently (Which I hate!!)

"

The chains that bind

my hopeless soul

begin to unwind

and I regain control.

I see the light

and I am blinded.

Denied my right,

however I am reminded.

What doesn't kill you,

makes you stronger.

Free of my taboo,

I am bound no longer.

I can relate to this for there are days, when I feel chained and trapped in a place that I don't want stay in any longer. I want to spread my wings and fly. I too yearn for the light.

But until we are unleashed, we need to still dream and find strength within.
