Freeway Journals

A Poem by gavin

white houses appear like clotheslines along the road
im the farmland grow
jesus looks at me through a glowing cross window.magdeline in his arms

a brother smiles
to small town trainyards just waiting to be vandalised
im a dharmabum in ohio wanting to kiss anonymous boys  and spray endless cans of paint drink sublime nectars lie on the earth stare at glows have my angels visit bowl in hidden alleys ride mantra spokes stay in hidden hill chataeus
pedal through thousands of frances and stay in ruins stare in candlelight for hours and have a nice boy at my side the whole time

just entered another world
vampieric lights glow againt the sky
let the blue rain fall
freeway vibrations

powerlines stand like steel soldiers in front of trees
that is my city
phallus of interplanetary drumbeats create clouds
concrete towers overhead
dusted ohio yards of snow.i urge for the smell of aerosol, and the cool tang of dirty winter fingers
i am in nowhereland and i am the king of country
crossing the river i see a symphony of light
CAR STOP!

false oregon sighs in my eyes i want to  ride my bike on an empty highway

the sky rains endless jungles and darkness that can be inhaled
