section 376 India (rape)

Section 376 I.P.C. (India) i.e. rape is misused in India. People think in their imagination that NIRBHAYA CASE (brutal rape and highly criticized in India) applies to every case or everyone but if one looks innocent people are dragging into this. The culprit is getting away people who are not guilty getting life sentence of life or hanged.

Genius minds are of the opinion of death sentence is the only conclusion but mind has no limit. How is it one person life depends on hanging on lust. Please teach and aware your children and always be strict and smart from the sinner. Reformation is always better than deterrent.
