Cartwheeling down the beach
YOU'RE FREE
Say what you like
Any way you like

As fast as you like
As long as you like
Until the end is reached
And you stand
Hands on knees
Puffing and panting
On the sand
Feeling pleased
Laughing and grinning
Exhilarated by what you've done
Imagine if you'd not begun.
