Lost Diamond

Lost Diamond

A Poem by Wee
"

I gave my heart to a diamond to keep her shining joyfully but only managed to polish my diamond enough for others to enjoy.

"
Went and found a rare jewel of a diamond, priceless.
after checking, risky after fencing , and lost after stolen by
her adored fans, who only saw numbers and price tags in hand.
I cried not for my lost but her lost plans.
getting sized up and seized because diamonds are high demand.
tossed up and stood up like palm trees in the sand.
If you have discovered a diamond priceless as mine was.
or hoped to be. think long and think cheap.
because just like mine all diamonds are to priceless to keep.

I believe our heart produces diamond moments(happy moments), so we gladly give them away, if someone doesn't appreciate it, be kind anyways and head on to the next that would truly treasure your heart. Very expressive piece!
