Knots

Knots

A Poem by Tara-Rist

dance easy by the moonlight

wash away the sunshine

and the heat's rights

cool your body and mind

let the midnight fog

allow it's own kind

listen to the cricket's song

as you lose yourself

in right and not wrong

pace your breaths slow

to take it all in

in nature's pure flow

taste the frosty air

and glossy reflections

in deep dark stare

find some, one reason

you stand in silence

in mid summer season

pressure cooker pot

to work you over

to tie a knot
