The Snow Of The Season

The Snow Of The Season

A Poem by ganga ramesh
"

Its snowing in Ooty. so just penning a little piece to get me into the rhythm!!

"

The Snow Of The Season

The smile of the beautiful lips on the calm black water.

The snow places a white hat with blue cushions and fair hair;
The river murmurs her way into the loneliest jungles and hot cold deserts
Does he sink ,the ruffled water-lilies!?

The rushes lean over her wide affectionate streams to get carried away with the flow

The evening shadows pulling faces by the wave.
- of her long blue hair, the beads of their loves
To the evening breeze they show.

Her  great conquering black eyes
- amid the hair where the stars are sleeping.
Looks like a thousand light years all blowing me down.
Smile of her beautiful lips, on the calm black water,
into the deep ocean, her great veils rising
and the murmuring waters came snowing;

Into the ferocious tide rips I sink,

if the hurricane storm into me
stronger than alcohol lightning’s and low-hanging sun speckled
drowned men sank, devoured by vermin.

I sink into the coldness of the snow,

Letting myself go.

Ganga,

The description of reality is a challenge for the writer. It is tough because he/she has to create work from the plain and make it with hiss of insight. There are many ways for it . All great writers have faced the same situation in different scales. The things is that the reader has to decipher the same hidden treasure while indulging in reading the piece.The challenge of the day is that good readers in few numbers. Writers should admit it. But should not carried away by that. keep his/her head upright always.

carry on.......................
