she ain't coming backA Poem by marcus t. gallowaypoem written after relationship ended with the first girl i ever lovedfrom the lies and the sex going through text lack of respect knowing that it was over still crushed when you left feeling like it was wrong to do still i longed for you pick up the phone dial like 6 numbers the whew! close call almost called you that time honestly want nothing more than ta have you out of my mind a strong man can't understand why I can't shake this creating make shift relationships going through boxes of latex still nothin the real of it is its still love in my heart I'll process it to progress and then start ta live for me we fell in love then it fell apart she took a piece of my heart trying ta find love in a dark cold world ol girl had me sprung like joe torey but my stories the same as yours so don't cry for me its life we take the lumps in with times that was jumpin when I say I understand, understand that i was frontin my pride won't let you know its too hard to let it go please God grant me peace of mind and take what I don't need like the bitterness, resentment relentless attack on my thoughts and how it ended we intended on the picket fence we was pickin fights hard pill to swallow my ex walked right out of my life and she ain't comin back
