Confusing Childhood

Confusing Childhood

A Poem by Gabrielle
"

This is a start to a series of poems and short stories that I'm using to get rid of all the anger and confusion I've endure in my 18 years of life.

"
Some nights
 I would wake up
 at three in the morning
 to the sound of my baby brother screaming,
 and the sight of my parent's vacant room;
hours later I'd wake to the
smell of pancakes and the sight
of my parent's loving smiles

- A day in my confusing childhood
