Just a mid day's thought

Fading in and out of some kind of ghastly endeavor. I feel my body being forced through the threshold twisting my self to the brim of my existence. Earth shattering bone snaps make my mind feeble and ready to snap how do I escape this abyss. Is there a way to or will I be stuck inside my self forever.
