Speechless

Sometimes there are not enough words to say

Nothing to say

paralyzed at the throat

hearing the playful chant

of the unconscious

Feeling nothing

out of place

afraid to go on

the tenacious motions

of my hands

screams out of indescribable

indignation

I mourn softly

waiting for the day

where my expression will finally be heard

ringing out my malicious roar

into the world that surrounds

full of deaf and forsaken sounds
