Perfect Night

Laying out under the night skies

Twinkling stars reflected in your eyes

Never before have I seen anything so beautiful

As you laying under the moon, so full

Brushing your hair from your face,

Seeing the beauty I could never replace

Thinking how perfect a night,

Such a gorgeous sight

Holding you in my embrace

Staring up into space

Smiling to myself

Thankful to have a perfect angel as yourself

Holding you closer,

Never letting go…
