This was an interesting piece. It's short, sweet and to the point. What you describe is human emotions and mind change, but what we feel in our hearts are the one thing we can never change.

If this is correct and a heart always stays true....then we should all have love and goodness in us somewhere, right? Do you believe we are all pure at heart at birth? Does that stay even after we grow....even when some turn dark? Then there is hope yet! Hope for brighter, loving, beautiful futures. For less war and more peace....for solutions :)

This is a clever analogy. As we grow..our sense of perception, including how we taste things....see things.... it does and will change as we become older...wiser...sometimes for the better...sometimes not. But the heart forever burdens our secrets, desires, hopes, fears. Yes...the heart carries a heavy burden.
