Even I think that dude is smoking hot and I'm straight. That's like 0 carbohydrates for several days of cardio training then eat a bucket of white rice about 4-8 hours before the photo shoot. All that cardio with no carbs will lean you out like a twig then all those carbs from the rice will pump your muscles full of glycogen and water and for about two days you look like, well, that guy. Then you go back to your normal body composition, which isn't bad but not like, that guy. That's a temporary "reality."

After 6 days of an hour and a half of cardio training a day, on top of weights with no carbohydrates, you start going mental. You do get ripped to shreds though. It's called "peaking." Anyone who's done a body building, bikini, fitness, contest or calender girl, hot fire men, gay hunks, a lot of skin and muscle photo shoot has done it. Did I mention how hard it was?
