"The uploader has not made this video available in your country" Now I am intrigued by what music you chose for this highly appropriate poem. Sunday we were 77 F and sunny, Monday it was 32 F and we had 4 inches of snow. Totally skipped that "autumn breeze" thing.
Well written FP.

dear Frieda.... "Summers fiery summertide"...
lovely to encompass your bouquet of words embroidered on my pillow of Eventide. Yes, Autumn is touching our days with brushes of tangerine and blushes of golden kisses as we
enter the season of thanksgiving. A lovely poem to embrace the crimson and gold of
Harvest time. truly, Pat
Oh this is a fantastic poem, Frieda! Brilliant play of words to evoke such vivid imagery. Enjoyed the use of unconventional sets of words like "Popcorn nymphs". Enjoyed the way the meter flows, how one line runs into the next, while fracturing often within the same line at times. You've captured the caprice of Fall brilliantly. Keep up the good work.
This poem is near-perfection! I love that you've chosen each word carefully, for maximum sensory effect, as well as slipping in many subtle & harmonic sounds as these words are read aloud. Since I love autumn, this is especially meaningful, a way to show how many delightful sensations are to be enjoyed. I love the seductiveness of your sensory descriptions. I'm ready to lie on a blanket atop a bed of fallen leaves & soak it all in! *smile*
sorry I'm late Frieda, even more sorry that I somehow missed your "popcorn nymph frolicings".. Enya always had a way of bringing out the poetry inside and then guiding the ink of a mind that just simply enjoys the whimsicalness of seasonal changes... summer into autumn is magical in and of itself, but your poem has made it all crimson, tangerine, warm and cuddly... pretty awesome if you ask me... even though you are no longer here, any chance you might still have some of that hot cocoa left you might want to share by that hearth? I have always loved your words Frieda..
Ah yes, your poem brings it all back. Currently I live in the desert, but I know autumn leaves from Washington state and especially from England. I do believe that tangerine, used as an adjective, should probably be singular. This poem is a blast of fresh air, so to speak!
If you want to know me, read my poetry, it's all in there. I am a mother of three sons (my finest moments) a sister, a survivor and a little bit crazy. I lost my beloved sister to suicide, so you'll.. more..
