Jedi mind tricks

Jedi mind tricks

A Poem by Frieda P

toe curling,
 tendril sweeping,
    mind dipping
Jedi mind tricks,
  kaleidoscopic tilting
   of your tiding's
          persuasive sway
swept away
                by trickles ebb & flow,
bated breath's
surrendering in
 caresses of
   flesh-tone weepings
   as inky effusion's
               drip in offerings,
seeping onto
                  volcanic blank pages
   in deliverance's
                        safekeeping

some defined forces here, not sure of the star wars connection, (said my childhood), but the mature nature in space does ignites more then my lightsaber. I like the shards of wordy jenga here..pieces to put together in towering writer dotting and connecting skit row rhythms to enthralling skin as inspiration..good piece

Laughing here, 'ignites more than your lightsaber'...oh the imagery. Thanks so much mojo. :)

Some people are master of illusions when it comes to emotions.

Funny cause I just posted a poem the other day that is Star Wars themed.

My pleasure Moonbeam.
With a light caress, you will forget my words. A gentle touch, and you will see what I see. A slow kiss, and you will begin to understand.

Are these the jedi mind tricks you talked of?

Nice write!

Ha, she's younger, she can deal with it, I've had my share. :)
Sensuality meets creative galaxy poetry. I really liked the written journey of sensual creativity you've displayed here. A clever & expressive write. Great work. A tantalizing read. :)

Oh I like that Bpoet, what a grand description....thanks so much. :)
Okay, I didn't waste time with this one Mrs.R ;) Jedi mind tricks eh? I'm still pondering that image...it actually takes the poem (or my interpretations of it) to a lot of different places, but I'll stick with the literal images cuz they're more fun...the last six lines are a knockout...I love it when you merge sex and poetry...I wasn't gonna have a drink tonight, now I'm contemplating it just a bit ;P xo
