toe curling,

 tendril sweeping,

    mind dipping

Jedi mind tricks,

  kaleidoscopic tilting 

   of your tiding's 

          persuasive sway

swept away

                by trickles ebb & flow, 

bated breath's

surrendering in

 caresses of

   flesh-tone weepings 

   as inky effusion's

               drip in offerings,

seeping onto

                  volcanic blank pages

   in deliverance's

                        safekeeping

some defined forces here, not sure of the star wars connection, (said my childhood), but the mature nature in space does ignites more then my lightsaber. I like the shards of wordy jenga here..pieces to put together in towering writer dotting and connecting skit row rhythms to enthralling skin as inspiration..good piece

I think I get the Jedi connection. It's the "volcanic blank pages" that thrills me no end. How do you come up with this stuff, Frieda? It seems a bit philospical under the covers, so to speak. The pleasure and passion of it[1] is more in the mind than anywhere else - as are these words, these lines.

If I believed anyone to have Jedi mind powers, it would definitely be YOU... oh yes, I can see it... You are so dang witty and passionate, it is inevitable.. you can bend, sway, levitate, and manipulate.. This was one teasing, sensual ride that builds, builds, and increases that seductive tension in the most wickedly delicious way... a "persuasive sway" leading that enticing dance where you want it.. those "inky effusion's
drip in offerings".. yes they do and they do more than offer... the secret to those "tricks" are here... See, I know the secret, but will not divulge, for I just like to sit back and "appreciate"... I wanna be like you when I grow up... wahooo...

safekeeping"... such truth and yet ironic contrast... made me giggle.. naughty naughty girl... those pages are a volcano that eventually erupt, when YOU decide to let them... you enjoy the buildup and the tease too much to let that be too often though.. I am so like you in that aspect.. keep em wanting more, right girl?... and safe keeping?.. ha.. yea.. right..

anyways.. LOVE it as always... awesome as usual ma'am... keep the seductive dance up.. not ready for that volcano yet:P

Laughing here, your reviews are always better than the poetry. ;) I haven't the foggiest what you're talking about girlfriend, it's about poetry. ;) You're too wickedly smart for your own fookin' good...and the trick so you know, it never growing up....always look at life through a kid' eye view, I've learned that through my own sons, and now that they're all grown up and think I'm foolish, the kiddos at the childcare center....the awe and wonder will keep you young. :)

I'm not sure how the Jedi line fits. But applaud the sensation of free fall desire poem evokes, seeming to write the experience in the soul. It could be about the joy of writing or of giving in to desire, lost to waves of emotion of either.
