I've read that sorrow never grabs you, if it did you'd never be able to let go of it..unless sorrow decides to let go of you :)
The poem is lovely and very deep..more like reading about failure to hide failure from self which results in regrets and loathing...if...if I understood it correctly :p But then again I think this is too high level poetry for me to understand without sitting and making notes :D hehe

I don't know where you read that, but it's a bunch of malarkey. ;) Thanks so much Sunya.

Haha is it? Its all upto you, to be happy or be sad..
You doing alright my friend? I could feel the waves of dark despair thrashing against the rocky shore of uncertainty in this. As always your words are so beautiful, even if they are absolutely wounding.
Sigh, I should have read this sooner love...I've told you in many reviews that I'll never truly be able to grasp the emotional essence of where certain poems come from, and I won't, but then there others that make me feel as though you've hacked my conscience, picked out my innermost thoughts, and dressed them in jaw-droppingly astounding poetry...
failure to exorcise demonic actions
in protective prose's intent...no, as much as we write, the demons never die...writing is the best release there is, but they always find a way to talk us into reinstating them...poetry is like emotional insulin, and you know that yours never fails, and never will fail, to sweeten this bitter soul :) xo
Moving and sad. I admit I had to look up the meaning of crinose. Well written.

Its hard for me to review your dark poems anymore. Ive read this one multiple times and each time my chest tightens at your painful words. They settle in...their weight so palpable..leaving me praying that some of this horror will finally release its grip on you. xo

If you want to know me, read my poetry, it's all in there. I am a mother of three sons (my finest moments) a sister, a survivor and a little bit crazy. I lost my beloved sister to suicide, so you'll.. more..
