~ dancing on tissue paper clouds

~ dancing on tissue paper clouds

A Poem by Frieda P

Silken thread poetry, woven on burlap
   suspended 'tween unwritten blank pages
wrapped in earthy paper bags
     cellophane ribbons of sweeping skywriting
         under lock and key's proclivity
render'd of lifeblood's breath
       exhaling secrets to the universe
etched on perpetual weeping soliloquies
satin kisses woke the sleeping monster
evoking slumber's artlessness
                  of aesthetic's lucidity
inky spirits presence in the flow
dancing on tissue paper gossamer clouds
surrendered in the word of poetry...

This was great Frieda P. It wraps itself around the reader and holds them while they read. Different but so beautiful when read aloud. I really enjoyed this tonight.

The eloquencey of your poems and phenomenal vocabulary are just astounding. I loved this piece and how you danced around with all the words. Fantastic job!

Imagine all the little angels coming down from heaven to dance...
It's beautiful.
