darkly burnt parchment

        as forlorn ashes float to abandoned ether

piercing the skies in mass hysteria's delusions

        simplicity scorched within your persuasion

brainwashed heart yearning's written on the walls

        seduction's illusion was the grand scheme

blinded by the light of braille's cardboard words 

         spaces 'tween lies & sanctimonious allusion

Ahh, gotta love getting lost in sanctimonious allusion -- you have this way of cleansing emotions through the use clever vocabulary strung together, that taken separately, each part is innocuous, but taken as a whole oozes powerful feelings. Now, as to the sappy song ...:)

Delusions deceiving the masses with hysteria via trickery and confusion, persuading them with statements that might as well be nonsense to those who listen and being successful because the masses do not understand the complexity of the messages . . . How woeful it is that such trickery could be used.

amazing how you come up with such phrasing.

ah and one of my favorite movies...did you know that Richard Gere says he hated that he made this picture....i can hardly believe it...he seemed to be enjoying himself quite well...and they did more pics together.
