you did it again, render me speechless with your beautiful web of words...
" restitution a slow arduous surrender
sun's intentional fortitude on full display
rising a multitude of peaceful overtures
hang on in light of wildflower's technicolor bloom "
Wow, the image here is so gorgeous... I am lost in this, fantastic poem, Frieda!
I like the potential in this poem for a song: I would keep nine beats through out this poem so it would sound better: As an example, from the first four lines I would write the following so that your poem sings somewhat like a song: This tiny poem belongs to you too:
Sea Storm
Water rising, till it’s hard to breathe.
Thunderous crashing waves quell hot desire.
Crushing cyclones tear the shore’s fine weave
turning settled dunes to sandy fire.
Sometimes love does hit you like a hurricane.Sweeping you away with such a force it leaves you breathless in a good way or to a ravaged tomorrow that you have to salvage from the ruins.
"stormy connections" are bound to make for a relationship to become undone...
and then there is only the recompense...the carelessness of loss...and the peaceful overtures to try to patch things up...and then the technicolor bloom of reinstating the romance...
it's the checks and balances of love...just can't be smooth all the time, can it?
you did it again, render me speechless with your beautiful web of words...

hang on in light of wildflower's technicolor bloom "
