Frieda, you wrap us in lavender zephyr sighs and lapis forbidden skies allowing us to whirl with and within the chaos of fluttering butterflies emerging from the book of your sorrow and we may not know all that you feel inside, we want to stand by you inhaling and exhaling the moments of your poetry... Frieda this writing you do is excellent in its emotional depth as well as just plain out right beautiful, expressive artistry... loved the song and graphic... did you notice the blue one on the right, me singing your poem, sorry, you drew me in... ~~redzone

Your review is quite luverly curt and touched my heart, thanks so much my sweet friend. x
Frieda, I know this poignant poem is, about your sister, but to me, it speaks to the little girl, whom I had to abandon, as a child, to protect myself. And the few remaining, scattered memories, I have, of that time, in my life. Please pardon me, as I wipe the tears, which I am having. Thank you, for sharing this sad but moving poem, with us.

Your welcome, Frieda. Only wished, I could have lived my childhood,as the girl, I was meant to be.
As Jack said, this is a beautiful, tragically haunting piece, Frieda. It's awful to think what you might be going through, and yet this somehow offers elements of hope as well.
I have lost many people dear to me, and it is very consoling to feel that they are at peace, even if I can't physically see them. I get some sense of that from this writing, in lines like "carefree and peaceful without worry/floating above lapis forbidden skies."
I know that ultimately, that doesn't make the loss easier, per se, but it seems to help peace of mind. In some sense, I found this poem therapeutic for me too. Thank you.

Thanks so much Eric.
"you flutter amidst my words
exhaling ephemeral moments of poetry
swirls of splendiferous opulence
dreams beyond my comprehension,"
The above lines are powerful and beautiful. The poem was filled with emotion and sadness. I had to read a few times. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.

Thanks so much, she certainly haunts my poetry and my mind Coyote....
Now I am crying. Your sister was so beautiful as are you. I know you miss her and I know your heart aches for her... Like I have said before, you keep her memory alive by writing about her and sharing her with all of us here at WC.
So very poignant, Frieda. xoxo

If you want to know me, read my poetry, it's all in there. I am a mother of three sons (my finest moments) a sister, a survivor and a little bit crazy. I lost my beloved sister to suicide, so you'll.. more..
