This was quite the elegant portrayal of poetry itself and the way it dances within each soul uniquely, differently, never perfectly in tune with another although two might be similar. I also relish the way you speak of the various tones of poetry, and mentioning how it could be written of the past, present, or future depending on the poet. Intriguing, I must say. That last line was killer as well!

Ha it might be evoo, that stuff works for anything...haha, but I'm not saying. ;-)
The most poignant and heartfelt love letter to poetry that I've read in a long time...you have become a spokesperson for the lot of us Mrs.R...I think this sums up the relationship between poetry and all of us, but it took you to articulate it. There is no emotion or state-of-mind that you have no words for my friend. Once a topic comes in contact with your imagination, it becomes yours unconditionally...it is spellbinding, it is brilliant...it is Frieda...xo

There's something almost spiritual about this. Plucks some chords in the soul, especially for anyone who feels the magic and power of words.
"As long as there's passion"

There is truly nothing like the bliss of poetry....something you have captured with such enchanting elegance. Your words move to a magical rhythm of their own. Truly a feast, for the mind, body and soul. A pleasure to read, my friend.
