I believe this speaks of a dear life lost before they are given the chance to truly deal what they are capable of, but instead making a move that has the same affects and intensity, but affects the lives of everyone differently: no longer accomplishing, but sorrowing, no longer full of joy and pride but regret. This actually brings back a quote I've written in my journals just a few days ago: "Love is eternal, but not the profound and extravagant feelings that it is often associated with. Love is a storm that leaves its scars on the body of the world, or at least mine, eternally, never to dissipate, and to forever serve as evidence of the pain once felt by a lover."
Well written piece, Frieda. Well done.

I commend you for having lived through that pain, though. It's truly tragic that people would take their own lives, due to any circumstances that may happen to arise. Well done, I must mention again, well done and poignant piece indeed.

I see a missing:) A heart felt write filled with an emotion:) Nicely pen Friend I am sure all your feelings are read in a sky beyond the clouds, Song set it off quite well.
My dear friend, I never know quite what to say in these instances, or how to articulate it without sounding like I'm reeling off the same things you've probably heard countless times. The last two lines just stopped me in my tracks. In the beginning it felt universal, but as it progresses it becomes more about you, and by the time I got to the end, my eyes were damp. You know my heart is with you, especially on the day I write this. Love and hugs I send your way...xoxo

Your poems about your sister are so touching, my friend. Shame and sorrow mingle in her memory....what a poignant mix! "Hushaby" such a comforting word.....the entire poem has me sighing. Beautifully written straight from your heart. Lydi**

Now did I miss the beauty? This is one of a kind Frieda, simply magnificent and filled with every you would want in a beautiful poem like this. You add so much more than I or anyone could ask for.

Perhaps, thanks so much my sweet friend. Muchly appreciated.
If you want to know me, read my poetry, it's all in there. I am a mother of three sons (my finest moments) a sister, a survivor and a little bit crazy. I lost my beloved sister to suicide, so you'll.. more..
