~Mystical Yearnings

~Mystical Yearnings

A Poem by Frieda P

I loved you 'fore the beginning of time
mystical yearnings captivated my soul
endless longing of passion and tenderness's absolute rapture,
intoxicated in love's sweet cherry wine
senseless I dance in  whirling euphoria
my existence lies in the spirit of heart
let me be your moonlight eager to glimmer
the flower garden of thorn-less rose's bliss
power of wildflowers surrender to the sun,
beyond the starry night, void of space
transcending all earthly joys
an aura of splendiferous grace & adoration
fiery sacred honorings tormenting skies
hungering for your taste of passion
drunk in the inhalations of your ecstasy

Ugh. How do you do this??? Seriously, the words just flowed so effortlessly. This poem is addicting in the best sense because the love portrayed feels real and that sense of heady emotion is intoxicating. This is just so beautiful. "I loved you 'fore the beginning of time/mystical yearnings captivated my soul" This first line seals my fate for adoration of this poem. It relays a moment of destiny where you know that your soul is meant to dance with his. It was laid out for you both in the stars before time. Favorite of yours thus far.

Englishly speaking, bravo. As for the subject matter, well, it is so lovely for someone to be able to feel that way.

If a lady yearned for me in a way your poem describes, I think that's when i'd know what true love feels like. You make the idea of love seem so beautiful, even more than it is. If I want to learn how to re-feel anything again I just need to come to your poetry, it sets the essence of everything a man needs to know about loving a woman. Amazing write

Every man's dream waiting anxiuosly to come true. The thoughts they would tell let alone ignited into realism. Filled with such beauty and grace and fermented on every man's mind, haha. ;o)

Scotty..
Well, what can I say...there are 1000's of men out there, myself included that would give anything to have a beautiful woman like you say these words to them. Frieda, when you write about love, it is truly love. Pure, sweet, fragrant love. SIGH....there, I sighed and I'm still sighing.

Extremely beautiful and emotional. Amazed I sit, daydreaming within your words.
