Madness rules the pen, freedom of speech not even a concept what the muse says goes, just give in to the inky blows, dip that quill in bloody tears color it with apricot custard dawning's ravage erotica's blissful yearnings crack a rib on that funny bone if you fight the urges, you'll end up on the chopping block writer's imagination arrested don't piss off the muse,
A mass of words is the writers' Mind Puppeteer . without IT we're empty, without it we're limp as a leaf in pain. You express what needs to be said, advice well given should be well used. You're the one, missus.

Lovin' mind puppeteer petulia, grazie mille my sweet friend....
Both music and poem are thrilling...dark, unsettling and powerful. I think this is a favourite piece by you, has flare and deeply shook my senses in a good way x

Woo, doing the happy dance Poppy, thought the music was fitting, jazz'd you enjoyed. x
The muse....blame it all on that feisty muse, eh? Hey, I'm with Jack, don't piss off the poet! :) Can't fight the urges the muse puts into our brains though. If we do, we are doomed to stare at the empty screen for days on end. Good one. Lydi**
I like the art. A piss off nude muse. Could be very dangerous. Nice description gave life to the poem. I have a gentle muse. Not so rough on me when the mind and pen is tire. A very interesting my my writer friend. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.

My Muse left me ages ago... We broke up. He went off in a huff and I was like 'don't act like a woman' and he was like 'oh em gee, you just didn't call me a gurl, girl.'
I love this. I often feel victim to my muses, and they do drive you fiercely toward an end goal. Sometimes I'm certain that anything I write has a mind of its own, and when I try to force it or ignore it that is when I fear the muse! Well done here! I really enjoyed the lines " if you fight the urge, you'll end up on the chopping block, writer's imagination arrested..." The imprisonment imagery is strong here, and the punishment is clear. Again, well done!

A mind of it's own, exactly Sarai....those are usually the best ones, thanks so much!
The hell with the muse...don't piss off the poet. An angry poet brandishing a fuming pen can be most dangerous. But I must say, you obviously do not piss off your muse too much my friend, it always ssems to be very good to you. Your poerty is always top shelf, creative and beautiful.

I regularly piss mine off - it makes for dark places - but seriously, this is a great poem, as usual.
