In your typical vein, a burst of fiery flame brings a world of color, and light, in just a few lines. There is a thundering quality within this poem that takes us into the moment. The entrance of the natural images is mesmerizing, and deeply enhance a message that you cannot miss.

Thanks for your lovely review Foxemerald, always love hearing from you.
Now wait a minute, I KNOW this is not a collaboration and there is that apricot reference again!
There is something so descriptive about that color...bringing to mind the downy peach fuzz and yellow/rosy color of the skin. An afternoon flirtation turning into a dalliance even the stars enjoy watching. I can almost see the afterglow. Soft sensuality mingling with warm desires....and you do this genre so well, Frieda. Obviously inspired by the artwork.....such wonderful poetry. Lydi**

"we languished amongst meadow's feathery pillows" wow, I just want to lay upon this line for a while, it's so beautiful.. and comfortably perfect.
I honestly think you were put on this planet to write poetry. You can do it constantly masterpiece after masterpiece. It comes natural, it comes with such poise and perfection. I love the grace this piece brings and the desire for me to desire such desire.

Lot of desire there, ha thanks Kee, you're always so kind my sweet friend.
Those simple infatuations and touching moments can lead that puppy love to serious afterglows turning the primal desires into intertwined oneness...A splendid poem indeed...:).......................

Like 'intertwined oneness'...I should have used that! ;-) Grazie mille Sami.
I think it funny that as a person nearly driven mad by misplaced apostrophes that you are so flawless in your unconventional use of them. What a great piece.
