[Exposing] Love

[Exposing] Love

A Poem by Frieda P
"

'translation in the code of love' ~A collaboration~ Jack & Frieda

"

Moon glow confetti and tea leaf decisions

Skywriting written in ginger stardust
Creamsicle cosmos a' swirl of affection
Burnished songbirds sing in the key of destiny

Low hanging fruit drips of endless day nectar

   Drizzling sweet messages of serendipity

Drenching your lips, your taste effervescent

Lingering on a relish'd brink of aromatic happenstance

Longing grips this heart in desired definitions

Words defined in Braille still undecipherable

Blinded by your essence, my fingers search the meaning

Kismet speaks the language of secrets little known or (unexposed)

In a whispered voice that only love could translate

The language of love is both beautiful and powerful. You two have interwoven your voices in perfect harmony in this piece and your imagery is sumptuous:

I like how well you and Jack pull the best from each other.
You have a very complimentary style together.
The last line is truth.

Two of my favorite poets in Writer's Cafe have decided to join forces, this is----something! Really, your "voices" have mingled in perfect harmony. Oh, I haven't collaborated with anybody. How does that work?

Frieda and Jack, your thoughts are so in sync with each other, so complimentary, the result is a beautiful symphony. Beauty reinforces beauty in this poem, dipped in scents and fragrances....conjuring marvellous images and thoughts. Thank you for sharing, I am priviledged to enjoy this read.

This is a very flavorful expression of love . Reminds someone when they were young and intoxicated with love . Its like the sea of destiny has brought them together and not just some mere coincidence . Well constructed piece . Thanks for sharing

I think you must pick these words of yours out of the sky when the stars just begin to shine.
