Author's Note

Frieda P
This is an older version of one I wrote on a survivor site,
Robbie's warrior Senryu inspired me to republish it here with a reminder
of the strength & courage we pull from others in the camaraderie with
which we share our life turmoils...

This is the first time I've heard of the phrase, "Revamping our wings". Very powerful line and I think I can sense a teenage angst behind these words. Haha

We are deceptive for we are much stronger in mind, body and spirit than we might look.

Guess we all revamp our wings over time, trying to make ourselves stronger and more resilient to life's turmoils. This is a striking poem and the graphic is stunning, too.
