Anywhere, I want you~

Anywhere, I want you~

A Poem by Frieda P

Lay me down in meadows of luscious metaphors
Sprinkle stardust of diary's vintage'd pages

Thrill me with your flagrant ink
Fashion posies along the path
Write a nectar'd love verse
Breeze upon hearts embrace
Stain the skin of sonnets' secrets
Praise the songs of darkly dead poet's flight
Dance to the end of lovers submission
Tip a moonbeam, b'dazzle the stars
Pen fancy flutters of butterfly kisses
Script a stanza of no tomorrow
Linger in interludes of signed fervor
Breathe with passion, exhale joie de vivre poetry

Yes, luscious meadows are the best of places. I live near many such meadows. Here’s a gift poem which you may keep as your own.

Meadows

Lay me down on luscious meadows
where keen metaphors abound.
Take me from the world’s ghettoes
where concrete defiles the ground.

"Script a stanza of no tomorrow" beautiful Frieda. Who needs tomorrow when we have today. Softly your words float this morning upon my eyes, filling my heart with happiness. Tenderness in your lines invokes a feeling of a spring day, cool breezes and clear skies and beautiful poetry being read aloud while resting in the shade of a large maple tree. Always beautiful, always amazing.

Always you humble me with your kind reviews my dear friend, thanks so much Jack.
This speaks to me...the lines just kept me in the whole time...again we are at odds with the font...I would of like the same like the two starting lines:

Lay me down in meadows of luscious metaphors
Sprinkle stardust of diary's vintage'd pages

Lots of action verbs here within this verse...
