Peace is fleeting at best,

in solitude we are incomplete

we blend as misty mornings

hold like titanium in our bonds

complexities run deep as the sea

yet, striking the chords of familiarity

Connections and experiences,

unexpected, temporary or permanent

every interaction bringing us closer,

tranforming our spirits & intentions

coloring our world in life lessons, 

sculpting from within heart & soul

Each person we connect with...each experience we have alters our lives in some subtle way. The twists and turns of life take us to new things...some welcome, some not. Hi Frieda. A beautiful message of connections that bring us closer, building friendships as we interact with each other through the beauty of language of words. Heartfelt and thoughtful. Skillfully crafted free verse which I enjoy. Good imagery, flow and tone. Line to line transition and breaks are well done. Nice rhythm and enjambment. Very nice use of simile:
"in solitude we are incomplete
we blend as misty mornings" - a beautiful descriptive/comparison expressing how completion only comes with our blending to create bonds to bring us closer in understanding. Lovely depth of feeling. Good word choice. Excellent closing lines. Well penned and a much enjoyed read. Write on!

Every person who crosses our paths brings something new to the table, whether it be laughs, love, pain or sadness, there is always an opportunity to learn. This poem Frieda is very special, it holds the key to who we are and who we will end up becoming if we only open our eyes and share what we are given. Very nicely done.
