This film when I first saw it at the cinema was one of my all time favourites and still is now. I must have seen it hundreds of times. God I fancied Elaine when I was 17.
I think I met her mother a few times over the years. She was one of my teachers at school.
This brings back so much Frieda.

I loved Anne Bancroft and I loved her choice in men. Mel Brooks is one of my heros. One of the funniest men in town. Your poem is right on to the movie my friend. Hot and sassy and take no prisoners. Very nice.
