Hmm statistically it is shown that people tend to cling to their better memories no matter how horrendous that particular time period was I guess we were meant to be resilient when it's all said and done we all like to go back the old times whether good or bad to get a bit of Heart Flutters Great writing Frieda

Always cling to the best ones, sometimes the other just shove their way in, thanks Deron.
Grief can take us down so far, and the only thing we can do to stay afloat is to bask in memories. There is a lightening in this write, and a gentle wisdom. Beautiful.

Thanks Rita, those flutterbys were fighting me, but I got them to cooperate for a while anyway.
... easing the formlessness of my soul...
And I'm sure there were many beautiful memories to relive in your mind. This was melancholy, yet still with that upliftedness in the reminder that there was beauty in this life that is no longer... And we should live this way while those we love are alive too... so we remember what is beautiful that we don't want to destroy...
A lovely one, Frieda.
