I love how you use words. Bringing the reader into strong emotion and create thoughts and visions with powerful lines. I like the description in this poem. Good to dance with words. Thank you for sharing the outstanding poetry.

Sorry I missed this one John, what a great review, thank you kindly my friend.
And this has got a dance rhythm all of its own. Perhaps with a touch of flamenco. The odd tango dip and real beat of disillusioned feelings couched in wonderful language.
Do you know you actually sew with words?

What a beautiful journey of words. Each line is so distinct and holds such passion. I can feel ribbons of thought winding through each sentence binding them into a vibrant display of poetic life. Thank you for sharing.
Playful, hopeful, and penned in a manner which allows the reader to run in their own direction - without losing the spirit of the piece. Plus, who can argue with wonton ANYTHING?! ;)
This is a wonderful poem. The first three lines paint an especially interesting picture. I love this piece because you aren't afraid to just let your imagination go. That is something a lot of writers mistakenly fall into.

Frieda, my friend, you always take me on these wonderful mind journies with you and each and every time I return more amazed then before. You lift me and allow me to see incredible sights and then you ground me and allow me my footing so that I may reflect back on where I have just been. Beautiful.

Ha mind journey without any chemical side effects! Thanks my dear friend.
Poetry or happiness for that matter comes from many sources. When one no longer inspires you another may be waiting to give a fresh tune for your words to dance to. You used my favorite word... wanton...lol!! Dance friend...dance!! xo
