Nobody wants to be a Rockstar that is one. Like any writer or musician or creative person it is the need that drives them. Yes there are perks.. But, the downside is down. You can only say what you think and feel in song. Never try to share emotions or feelings, or even the fact you are human with your fans.. They will shred you for it. Your closest and true friends you can usually count on just one hand or even just a few fingers. The few that have stuck there through the highs and lows. You become loathe to let any but these loyal few close to you in any way. And first and foremost.. You must be a god. Always playing that part. Your fans will accept nothing less. Ever! Don't apologize, care, or even drop that mask of arrogance. They smell weakness and you are done.

In short, my Dear.. Mayhap you should just stick to poetry and write and say whatever you want.
