there is a fantasy world where those single socks go to, known as the hozone....sometimes though, they end up in the leg of jeans or in a pillowcase...i wore two different socks to work once because of this phenom and was asked by a female coworker why i had on one blue and one black sock..."oh, you like them?" i asked "i have another pair just like these at home"....... fun write!

lol read a Celtic myth once trolls steal socks but only the left side XD you seem to favor the senryu i could never get the hang of an organized rhyme scheme order probably is not for me as for my socks i think there's something in my oversize shoe that eats them my mom says my room is so dirty that a new species can evolve there

haha good one, I need to say that to my minions! I never tried a senryu before now, they're challenging, they keep me sane sometimes....a bit anyway ;-)

I stopped buying them from anywhere but the dollar store, I'm like, screw it, they're just going to get lost anyway...(and I don't own any socks...I never even wore them in Alaska...had furry boots) ;-)

Three and a half years, we moved to Florida in October...it's way better here, in case you were wondering ;-) We lived on Prince of Wales Island, in Southeast; they're getting hit with a bunch of earthquakes...protesting my absence, I assume :-D

Yes! This Senyru captures the every so frustrating experience of laundering socks! Its sucks. I actually just had this happen to me as I was doing my wash so I could go back to school. Of course I had one extra sock and could not find its partner.
