Obsessed with Avocados.

Who writes poetry and dreams about avocados 

guilty pleasures quick fix for those nasty lows

slice them and eat them raw, so much you can do

i've got a crush on limes and guacamole too

toss them in your salad or atop your favo burger

grilled cheese and bacon, makes a tasty merger

they're great for a facial if you have dry skin

slather them ALL over your skin it's a win win

they're a wondrous miracle and they're green

they're simply lubricous, if you know what i mean

you don't know till you tried it so don't be hasty

ripe, sensual, sexy delight, and oh...so sinfully tasty

try me, it's a thrilling avocado take down simply said

I will surely love avocados till I'm way past dead

It's all there in the avocado darling.

Never acquired a taste for avocado...perhaps my tastes have changed with age. I'll try a bit of guacamole next time I'm out for Mexican...you can keep the cilantro, though...I will never ever like that beast. Great work, Frieda...maybe I'll try my hand at writing an ode to Dungeness crab ;-)

haha now that's one I want to read! They say some people have an off taste for Cilantro, you either love it or hate it, does it taste like soap to you? Pen on...waiting on crabs, ha, you know what I mean! ;-)

It tastes just plain nasty...I got the hate cilantro gene :-p blech. Okay...challenge accepted. As soon a s I'm through working on my angst filled addiction piece, I'll lighten it up with some crab cocktail *laugh*
