Actually did this to go along with this great piece of artwork from my dear friend Star. She just had a bone marrow transplant and she's still being creative.

Ummmm, I'd like to use that rum to make a delicious sauce for rum cake!! With Christmas decorations coming out earlier every year, I am glad it's all over too!!
Star's work is exquisite! I wish her the very best for recovery and healing!! Oh, how wonderful she had a bone marrow match!!! Please keep us posted as to how she is doing!!

I like art quite a bit and I'm glad you wrote the poem for it. I'm with you on the rum part. All of it is gone after New Years. I didn't think I would feel this way, but I almost wish there was a bit of Christmas left. Good senryu as always.
